My Framework
As creatures of habit, we often find ourselves repeating unwanted patterns that keep us unwell and potentially discouraged about the possibility of change. By opening ourselves up to self-exploration, we can gain profound insight into our personal roadblocks and pave the way towards optimal wellness. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or other issues that interfere with your personal wellbeing, psychotherapy can help you access your innate ability to heal and thrive.
Everyone reaches out for help for different reasons; maybe you are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, or maybe you would like to learn evidence-based strategies that address the obstacles you are facing. There is no time like the present to invest in your self-growth and establish a better foothold on the person you want to be.
I provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults facing a wide range of issues. My integrative and strengths-based approach includes mindfulness techniques, psychodynamic principles, and person-centered values. If you are interested in exploring and addressing what interferes with your happiness and quality of life, I look forward to working with you.
